does anyone know any informational websites that can take me step by step through drills or excersises that can teach my leg through muscle memory how to kick a football soccer style, or how to kick any ball soccer style? or if anybody has any tips, that would be good too. (I wanna kick field goals)

do leg work outs in the gym
run a lot
do squats
do anything that will help your leg muscles get stronger
and kicking a football soccer style is the easiest thing about football
just line up, take a few steps back(it depends how far you want to step back), take a couple steps to your left(if your right footed) or to your right(if your left footed), and run up and kick the ball with the laces of your cleats

i step back 3 or 4 steps then i step to the left 2 steps and run towards it and plant your left foot next to the football and kick it at the base like its a regular ball. remember to keep your head down and make sure u hit the base of the ball. make sure to pull your leg back to ur butt then follow thru with your leg or you wont get much power i used to be a good at it and i was strengthening my leg to about a 35 yard field goal but i sprained my ankle and i stopped. it takes a lot of practice. i hope that helps.
