How many days a week do professional footballers train? I’m trying to work it out as I’m due to be doing a football assessment on footballer’s playing in English leagues (all pro ones) salary?

Basically, how many days a week ON AVERAGE would a professional footballing team train?
Well english teams train everyday in not sure about others they might do less training on certain days liek after match days.
