also do you practice before the season starts or during the season or both. how long is practice and what time do you start it.

Which part of the foot do I use to kick it high and which part of the football do I kick. Give me ots of info. People just say inside of foot. But part of the inside. Give me more info. How do I structure my foot to hit it with the instep?
