If i drop it from my head, where should it peak on its first bounce?

it depends. some balls are made with extra padding, which causes them to bounce higher. if it has padding then it should up to about your hip.

It should have a suggested PSI (pounds per square inch) rating around the valve. The newest ball I have from nike says 14 psi but when i pumped it to 14 it was hard like a rock so i choose to let a bit of air out as Im only playing recreational level games, but if your in a true game you should follow the psi guidlines set by a company like nike or adidas, if they print it on the ball they must have a reason.
